Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced, onsite Medicare recertification survey conducted on November 23 and November 24, 2020, Genesis Rehabilitation Services was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 485.707, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Outpatient Physical Therapy-Emergency Preparedness.
